If the total amount of your purchase is less than 11,000 yen (tax included), the shipping fee will be revised.

・Hokkaido / 1,100 yen (tax included)
・Okinawa / 1,650 yen (tax included)
※ Customers will be responsible for shipping fees for other remote islands. Please check with our staff before purchasing.

※ Free shipping for purchases of 11,000 yen (tax included) or more (Hokkaido and Okinawa are free shipping for purchases of 33,000 yen (tax included) or more).

 


<About business hours during the New Year holidays>


Thank you for using our website.

We would like to inform you about shipping during the New Year holidays.

Orders can be placed on this website 24 hours a day, but our customer service desk will be closed from Saturday, December 28, 2024 to Sunday, January 5, 2025.

Our office will resume normal business hours on Monday, January 6, 2025.

During the New Year holidays, deliveries may be delayed due to traffic conditions.

We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

Your personal information will not be disclosed to third parties.

To maximize your privacy, we do not retain credit card information.

<How to order>


(1) Browse the site and select the product you want.

(2) Select the size and quantity from the product page and click 'Move to Cart' to add it to your cart.

(3) Click 'Continue Shopping' to repeat step 2 and add more products or continue shopping.

(4) After adding the products you want to purchase to your cart, proceed to the next step at checkout.


There are four steps here.
First, confirm the product, then enter the shipping address, confirm the billing address (credit card or PayPal), and finally confirm the order.

Once your order is confirmed (PayPal payment procedure is not yet completed), a confirmation email will be sent to your email address.
(5) <For customers paying with PayPal> After completing your order, you will receive a billing email from PayPal to your registered email address. Click on the link in the email to complete the PayPal payment process.
(6) Once the product has been shipped, you will receive a shipping notification email.
* The stock of each item is linked to the Sisii KOBE store. We may not be able to secure the item you ordered. Thank you for your understanding.

 

<About checking the shipping status of products>


If you wish to change your order, please contact us via CONTACT. If you receive a response from us before the product is shipped, you can make changes, but you cannot make changes after the product has been shipped.

 

<Which credit cards can I use?>


Payment is accepted via PayPal (one-time payment).
< Customers paying with PayPal > After completing your order, you will receive a billing email from PayPal. Click on the link in the email to complete the PayPal payment.


< If the item you want to purchase is out of stock >

We strive to ensure that items featured on the site are in stock, but some items are limited in quantity, so we apologize if they are out of stock. If the item you ordered is out of stock, we will notify you by email.


< What if I encounter an error when checking out? >


Depending on the browser you are using, it may interfere with our site and cause problems during checkout or ordering. Our site is designed to be suitable for Mozilla Firefox.


< What about shipping? >


Domestic shipments will be made by Sagawa Express. Shipping costs will be borne by the customer and will vary depending on the shipping destination at the time of purchase.

We cannot ship to multiple destinations with one purchase.
We cannot ship to PO Boxes, Air Force Post Office, or Navy Post Office.
Our business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays will be processed from the next business day.
Please note that during busy periods, processing may take an extra 3-5 days.
The time of shipment may vary depending on the status of the product.
We do not ship on weekends or holidays.


<If you purchase multiple items with different delivery dates>

If you purchase multiple items with different delivery dates in one order,
we will ship as soon as all items are available.

If you are in a hurry, please place separate orders.
In that case, shipping fees will be charged for each order.

We do not accept cancellations after an order has been placed.
In addition, we only accept returns and exchanges for defective products.



<Do you ship overseas?>


We also ship overseas.

When receiving the product, the customer must pay customs duties and other taxes on the declared amount, including the product price (or the product price + shipping fee).

<Where do you ship from?>


All orders are handled and shipped by Sisii KOBE.


<About delivery time>


Items in stock will be shipped within 2-5 business days after your order and payment are confirmed.

For made-to-order and pre-order items, please check the expected delivery date listed on each product page.


<About ordered items>

We do not accept cancellations, returns, or exchanges after an order is placed. Thank you for your understanding.

Please make sure to check the type, model, size, color, etc. of the product when placing an order.

 

<About products sold on the shopping site>

If you have purchased a product, we will accept returns if the following conditions are met.

Please contact us via the CONTACT page within 3 business days of receiving the product.
Please note that we cannot accept returns if the following conditions are not met (due to customer reasons, etc.).

(1) If a different product is delivered.

(2) If a different quantity than the ordered quantity is delivered.

(3) If the delivered product is dirty, scratched, damaged, etc.

* If upon inspection of the returned product, we find that the product is not dirty, scratched, or damaged,

we may refund the product price minus the shipping fee and return fee to our company.

(4) If we deem it appropriate.

Even if the above conditions are met, we will not be able to accept exchanges or returns if the following conditions are not met.
(1) The returned item must be unused (items without tags will not be considered unused).

(2) All accessories, attachments, invoices, etc. must be returned in the same condition as when they were delivered.

(3) Any other items specified by us.

Please note that we cannot accept returns for reasons of customer convenience (different image, size does not fit, color difference due to differences in monitor display, etc.) or for sale items (except for defective items).

The following are non-returnable items. We cannot accept returns unless the item is for reasons of our own responsibility.

(1) Items that have been used once

(2) Custom-made or pre-ordered items

(3) Underwear

(4) Pre-order items

(5) Other items marked as non-returnable

 


<How do I return an item?>

We need to confirm the return before we can return the item.

First, please contact us via CONTACT to let us know the order number and the name of the item you wish to return.

We will inform you of the confirmation number later, so please fill out the necessary information on the enclosed shipping slip and

send the item together with the original packaging.

In this case, please pack all items included in one return together.
If the packaging we sent you is usable, please use it and make sure to seal it before sending it back.
Please also enclose a paper with the return confirmation number. You will be responsible for the shipping costs for returns.
We are not responsible for refunds or compensation for items lost during delivery unless there is proof of delivery.
After confirming the returned items, we will process the refund to the credit card used for the transaction,

but it will take about two weeks for the process to be completed.
Please note that it may take longer than the second billing deadline for the refund to be recorded on your credit card statement.

 

<If you do not receive your ordered items within the period>

Regardless of the reason, we will charge you the shipping fee to your home and the shipping fee to return the item to us.
We will contact you individually with details of the shipping fee to be charged.

<About sales>


We cannot accept returns or exchanges for sale items.
